The Board of Directors of the Prime Time Band met on April 29, 2013. The minutes and financial statement of the January meeting were approved. Any band member may request them by contacting Mary Jane at mjcoopersb@yahoo.com or 898-7999.

The Board wants everyone to know that, although we no longer have the beginning Silver Band, we do arrange beginning lessons and offer mentoring to new members.

The next board meeting will be on July 23, 2013. Please let me know beforehand if you have any questions or concerns to present.

Just a reminder..members of the band are required to attend two of the last four rehearsals, including the dress rehearsal, in order to participate in a major concert. However, exceptions may be made at the director’s discretion.

Note: Jeff’s policy is strict, especially for the dress rehearsal, and only very rare exceptions will be allowed.

An explanation of why our corporation does not hold open elections is being sent in a separate email.
